My CPFW SS20 looks
Fashion weeks are both fun and tiring. Behind the glamorous shows, dinners and parties, all the bloggers, stylists, buyers, journalists and models rush from venue to venue and change clothes inside their cars while asking the drivers to keep their eyes on the road for privacy. The more outfit changes you do, the more likely you are to be caught by the eye of a prestigious street-style photographer and perhaps end up on the pages of Vogue or Harper's Bazaar. Copenhagen fashion week is famously known for its amazing street style. Unsurprisingly, Scandinavian style is my favourite, and my experience during fashion week has reinforced my obsession with their aesthetics. However, I must confess that sometimes I got out of my hotel feeling confident in what I was wearing but, faced with the diversity of amazing styles, ended up comparing myself and sometimes feeling that I was not at their level. Whenever these thoughts invaded my mind, I tried to look at things from another perspective and, instead, draw inspiration from all these amazingly bold stylish people. Here are the outfits I wore during this week.
As fashion weeks têm tanto de divertido como de cansativo. Por detrás dos desfiles, jantares e festas glamorosas estão bloggers, stylists, buyers, jornalistas e modelos a correr entre desfiles e a mudar de roupa dentro de carros pedindo aos motoristas que mantenham o olhar na estrada de modo a obter a privacidade possível. Quantos mais vezes se trocar de outfit, mais probabilidade haverá de chamar a atenção de um prestigiado fotógrafo de street style e, quiçá, ir parar nas páginas da Vogue ou Harper's Bazar. A semana da moda em Copenhaga é notoriamente conhecida pelo seu street style. Não é novidade que o estilo escandinavo é dos meus preferidos e a minha experiência nesta que foi a minha primeira fashion week reforçou ainda mais o fascínio pelas suas aesthetics. No entanto, devo confessar que por vezes saí do meu hotel confiante com o que estava a usar e, deparando-me com a diversidade de estilos incríveis, acabei por me comparar e sentir que não estava à altura. Mas sempre que esses pensamentos me invadiram o pensamento tentei olhar para as coisas de outro prisma e procurar inspirar-me nessas mesmas pessoas. Deixo aqui os outfits que usei durante esta semana.
