Cutler and Gross
O meu primeiro encontro com a Cutler And Gross aconteceu há uns meses atrás no Liberty, um dos centros comerciais mais pitorescos da cidade. Eu tenho esta mania de que o meu rosto é muito comprido e, portanto, acho sempre difícil arranjar óculos que me fiquem bem, mas há uns meses achei uns pelos quais me apaixonei de imediato. Assim começou a minha história de amor com a Cutler And Gross e, como não é todos os dias que me apaixono à primeira vista, acabei por comprá-los. Desde então tenho acompanhado a marca de perto e na semana passada tive a oportunidade de ir ao lançamento da coleção primavera/verão 2017. Confesso que me apaixonei à primeira vista, no mínimo, mais uma dezena de vezes!
Os óculos da Cutler And Gross são feitos em Itália e são sempre irrefutavelmente cool. Fora a sua colecção contemporânea a marca também tem uma vasta colecção vintage. Para além de gostar do design destes ocúlos gosto, particularmente, que não ostentem um logotipo. Como dizia o Leonardo davinci, “A simplicidade é o ultimo grau de sofisticação”!
My first encounter with Cutler And Gross happened a few months ago at Liberty, one of the most picturesque department stores in London. I have a complex that my face is very long therefore I find it difficult to find glasses that suit me. Luckily a few months ago I found a really nice pair and fell in love with them. That's how my love story with Cutler And Gross began. As I don't get to find love at first sight every day, I ended up buying them. Since then I have been following the brand closely and last week I had the opportunity to go to the launch of the Spring/Summer 2017 collection. I must confess that I fell in love at first sight at least a dozen times more!
Cutler And Gross sunglasses are made in Italy and are always irrefutably cool. Besides their contemporary collections the brand also has a vast vintage one. Not only do I love the design of their eye wear but I also particularly like the absence of an ostentatious logo. As Leonardo da Vinci once said: "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication."
