SKIN LIKE HONEY
As I have told you in previous blog posts, more and more I try to treat my body better not only through what I eat but also what I apply on my skin or hair. This state of awareness is something that has developed much more since the start of this blog. That happened because I began to read other blogs that made me realize how important it is to opt for products based on quality ingredients. By the way, everything I share with you is always tested by me initially, that way I can produce an honest testimony.
The fact that I live in London causes my skin to be constantly attacked by aggressors such as pollution and cold temperatures. During the month I was filming in the Azores I noticed that my skin got much smoother, maybe it had to do with the fact that I did not use any make-up during that period, or maybe it had to do with quality of the air and water of the archipelago, who knows! When I returned to London, I worried that my skin would go back to being a bit spotty and extremely dry. Thus, I decided to try Dr Jackson's products in order to keep it healthy.

01 DAY CREAM
I have been using this moisturising cream daily, both morning and evening, after cleansing my skin. It has a buttery texture. Its composition contains ingredients such as shea, marula, kigelia, and baobab. Of course I did not know any of these ingredients, so I did a bit of research. They come from plants all over the world and have great benefits for our skin. This proves the brand's values and efforts towards research of the medicinal value of the plants of the world.
I have extremely dry skin so the fatty texture of this product is ideal for me. Its formula prevents sun marks, wrinkles and signs of aging. Honestly, I notice a lot more firmness and homogeneity in my skin since I started using it.
Tenho utilizado este creme de hidratação diariamente tanto de manhã como á noite depois de limpar a pele. Tem uma textura amanteigada e a sua composição contém ingredientes como shea, marula, kigelia, e baobab. É claro que desconhecia qualquer um destes ingredientes, portanto fiz uma pequena pesquisa. Vêm de plantas presentes em diferentes partes do mundo e proporcionam excelentes benefícios para a pele, o que comprova os valores da marca e o facto de se dedicar tanto à pesquisa dos efeitos medicinais das plantas do mundo. Tenho a pele extremamente seca portanto a textura gorda deste produto é ideal para mim. A sua fórmula previne marcas do sol, rugas e sinais de envelhecimento. Honestamente, noto uma firmeza e homogeneidade muito melhor na minha pele desde que o comecei a utilizar.
05 FACE AND EYE ESSENCE
This product has a gel-like texture and is super refreshing. I like to apply it especially after a bath. It boost tired skin and eyes after an intense day of work, a trip or even a work-out. There is nothing more relaxing than taking a bath in very hot water with a few drops of lavender oil and then applying this product on the face, the skin feels immediately rejuvenated.
Este produto tem uma textura semelhante a um gel e é super refrescante. Serve para dar um boost na pele e olhos cansados depois de uma viagem, um dia intenso de trabalho ou de um work-out. Não há nada mais relaxante do que tomar um banho em água bem quente com umas gotinhas de óleo de lavanda e depois aplicar este produto na cara, a pele fica de imediato rejuvenescida.
03 EVERYDAY OIL
This travel-sized roll-on bottle is great for when you are going on a trip or even just to carry on your everyday handbag. It is a wonderfully versatile oil that can be used to condition the hair, cuticles, lips or even the skin when very dry. In my case I use it mostly on the lips and skin, when I feel it is drier than usual. It has an incredible smell and leaves the skin glowing.
Este óleo roll-on é óptimo para se levar nas viagens ou mesmo para ter dentro da mala. Serve para condicionar o cabelo, as cutículas, os lábios ou até mesmo a pele quando muito seca. No meu caso eu utilizo-o maioritariamente nos lábios e pele, quando sinto que está mais seca do que o costume. Tem um cheirinho incrível e deixa a pele com muito brilho.
